Surgeon, died in Jacksonville, Ill. For 59 years he practiced in Jacksonville, where he specialized as eye, ear, nose, and throat surgery. For many years he was oculist and aurist at the Illinois School for Deaf. He held a similar post up to the time of his death at the Illinois School for the Blind under an appointment from Governor Altgeld in 1892. (CAN 1949) New York City (1891)
