              Physician, died in New Jersey.  After 25 years of general practice, Dr. Baldwin devoted himself to specializing in eye and ear work.  He was a member of the staff of Newark Eye and Ear Infirmary and continued to serve as treasurer and member of the board of trustees after his retirement in 1946.  Served in the Spanish-American War as a regimental surgeon at Camp Alger, Virginia.  He had been a member of the militia and of the Franklin Hine Camp, United Spanish War Veterans.
