Memo:
After completing residencies at Roosevelt Hospital in New York and the City Hospital of Vienna, he joined Roosevelt's medical staff in 1934. Later, he became Chief of Medicine and President of the Medical Board at Roosevelt and Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at P&S. He retired from active practice in 1970 to serve as Editor of the American Journal of Medicine, where he worked until 1986. In addition, he was a trustee of Roosevelt Hospital, which named a research building in his honor in 1973. Several years ago, P&S established the Arthur J. Antenucci Professorship in Medicine at Roosevelt Hospital, funds for which are being collected by the Alumni Association.
