Retired orthopedic surgeon from Denver, Colorado. Dr. Anderson has been a member of the clinical faculty at the University of Colorado Medical School and was affiliated with Presbyterian, St. Joseph's, St. Anthony's, Children's, and St. Luke's hospitals in Denver. He served in World War II with the U.S. Army Medical Corps.
